Mindfulness Now Course

Set in over 1000 acres just a few miles from Edinburgh, our venue is the beautiful Dalkeith Country Park, a stunning venue filled with green space, wildlife, fabulous architecture and steeped in history, this is the perfect place for mindfulness meditation. Our room is in the Restoration Yard, close to facilities, cafe’s and park trails.

The space has great facilities, including a choice of restaurants and cafes and free wifi.

The course is a practical experience delivered through live tuition, with qualified experienced teachers, slides, video’s and group discussion with plenty of teaching practice.
